Tuscan Cheddar has a hand-rubbed coating of healthy, tasty Tuscan herbs. The herbs are not on the inside, they're on the outside, giving the cheddar a very nice appearance, especially on your cheese board. The combination of the Tuscan herbs and the cheese are very nice as well. The Cabot story reaches back to the beginning of the 20th century. The principle on which the Cabot Creamery Cooperative was founded by the farmers of Cabot Vermont in 1919 is 'Efficiency and strength when we work together'. Today, the Cabot Company blends state-of-the-art facilities and a savvy entrepreneurial spirit, with the timeless values a personal commitment to quality that comes from being 100% owned by farm families. Cabot Creamery is a 1,350 farm family dairy cooperative with members in New England and upstate New York. Dedicated farmer-owners provide the fresh milk and the cheese makers skillfully craft this into award-winning cheddar. Tuscan Cheddar received a 2nd place award in the 2011 Competition of the American Cheese Society.

Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
