After being seasoned with rosemary and black pepper, the hams are bound with cotton yarn, cooked, roasted, and chilled to precise temperatures to ensure tenderness and flavor. - 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday

Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
