Mirage Instant Pastry Cream is an instant mix for the cold process preparation of a rich, creamy French style pastry cream. Suitable for use in all types of desserts from eclairs and cream pies to cream puffs. Simply add water to the mix in a medium to large mixing bowl and whip slowly for 1 minute then 3 minutes longer at high speed. - 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
