Balsamic BellaVitano is a twist on BellaVitano Gold: an award-winning firm cheese from Wisconsin, made in the style of Parmesan and inspired by other hard Italian cheeses. This version is soaked with aged Modena balsamic vinegar which gives the exterior a rich color. By soaking each wheel, the balsamic glaze imparts fruit and tangy notes into the cheese. So good, it's won numerous awards in US and World cheese competitions. Pair with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Asti Spumanti and Sherry and more.
