Chorizo is made in the La Vera valley in Western Spain and a famous and delicious dry cured sausage. Spicy smoked paprika, garlic, pork and salt are the key and all ingredients to this all natural Spanish sausage. This hot version is seasoned with hot smoked Spanish paprika (pimenton picante) that makes Spanish hot chorizo unique in the world. Palacios chorizos are fully dry-cured and ready to eat with your favorite cheese and wine, or just a chunk of crusty bread. Chorizo will also do wonders on your pizza, on your sandwich or in a salad.

Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
