Divina pitted Kalamata are the real deal; picked in western Greece and cured for up to six months to draw out the fruit's depth of flavor. The pride of Greece, our authentic Kalamata are smoky, fruity and perfect for tossing with pasta, greens and grains. During the harvest, growers will return to an olive tree several times over a period of weeks to ensure that each olive is picked at its ideal size. Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
