This Californian cheese is beautifully chalky white with sharp lines of contrasting blue-grey veins that give the cheese an marbled appearance. This widely acclaimed cheese is a true farmstead cheese, made with only Grade A milk from the family's herd of cows. The cows are raised on the farm from birth, and live happily grazing on a hillside over the majestic Tomales Bay. For blue cheese lovers, this is something special. This medium-strong cheese is creamy and dense with tangy tart flavor that lingers on the palate. Notes of fresh milk, sour cream and lemon are mouthwateringly delicious.
