This blend of 5 whole grains consists of pearled durum wheat and 4 different rice varieties: long grain parboiled brown rice, Colusari red rice, sprouted brown rice, and wild rice. Many textures and flavors of the heirloom ingredients make a great mix and a lovely visual appeal. Preparation time is around 30-50 minutes.

Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
