Frozen IQF Porcini Mushrooms. Our frozen mushrooms are all natural, gluten free and vegan. They are cleaned, graded and packed in a clear resealable 1 kg (2.2 lbs) bag. To preserve their original qualities, our mushrooms are only brushed before freezing. Our IQF technology allows to preserve the fresh flavor, texture and color of the mushrooms. Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
