Ponce De Leon's Quince Paste is handmade in Ávila, Spain the traditional way, with quince, sugar, and lemon. This quince paste has a fresher taste and less sugar compared to similar products. It has a shelf life of one year open or unopened and the color will darken as it ages. The classic pairing with quince paste is the aged sheep's milk cheese Manchego, although you can use it as a glaze for roast meat. Its strong fruity and juicy flavor makes it perfect for pairing with any kind of cheese, foie, or charcuterie. Also used as a dessert or for stuffing croissants, pastries, or any other confectionery recipe. It is an original topping for cheesecakes. - 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday

Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
