Pimento cheese is a classic Southern recipe made by mixing shredded cheese with spices, red peppers, and mayonnaise. It's eaten on sandwiches or simply served with pepper jelly and crackers. Sweet Grass Dairy created a unique adaptation on the classic recipe by using their bestselling Thomasville Tomme cheese as the base and adding high quality seasonings like piquillo peppers and pimenton from Spain. Pimento is soft and creamy, with slightly spicy, smoky flavor and a little tangy kick at the end. It's good for snacking, cooking, and even a high brow cheese board. Pair with pickles and pepper jelly, and a crisp white wine. The max shelf life is 10 weeks when kept unopened in the original container; once opened, use up within 7-10 days.

Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
