Ahh to be a cheese lover. So much choice, so many flavors, so much fun! This monthly box is for the person who wants to expand their cheese horizons and try three new cheeses every month. Our Cheesemongers are careful to offer variety and balance by choosing different milks, regions, textures, and flavors in each month's collection. The box also includes information about each cheese and tips on enjoying your assortment. The first box ships as soon as you order it, and will come once a month for 3, 6, or 12 months. Images shown are examples of the pairings you will receive, not specific to this month's box.

Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
