A small, square, hearth-baked bread roll, made with La Brea Bakery starter. The flavor profile is of a tangy white bread with olive oil notes. The soft interior is flecked with wheat germ and shows the random, open cell structure typical of high-hydration ciabatta doughs. The aroma of the bread is a combination of baked notes, yeast fermentation, and a light olive oil scent. This bread is distributed as parbaked and frozen, ready to be final baked and served.

Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
