McCalls 6 month Irish Cheddar is made using the milk from cow's who have a primarily grass-fed diet. The result is a full bodied cheddar that has a creamy paste and slight grassy notes with a tangy finish. The heavy grass diet produces a beautiful yellow coloring and imparts a true terroir flavor of the rolling green hills of Ireland. - 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
