Irish dairy products are known around the world for their rich terroir and creaminess, truly unrivaled in flavor and texture. McCalls 12 month Irish Cheddar is made using 100 percent Irish milk using traditional techniques. This cheddar is extra aged but remains creamy and dense. The heavy grass diet of the cows gives this cheese a beautiful pale yellow color and complex grassy notes. During the 12 months of aging the cheese develops crystals that add a crunchy texture to each bite. Although this cheddar is best served alone accompanied by a young sparkling wine or stout beer, this cheese is exceptional in recipes that require a cheddar. A truly bold and iconic cheese.

Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
