A fresh Australian farmstead marinated mixed cheese using sheep and goats milk that is less than 24 hours old. The cheese is marinated in a garlic infused oil, a blend of extra virgin olive oil and canola oil. In the oil is also fresh thyme and whole black peppercorns. A cheese that tastes amazing with a smooth creamy texture unlike any other. Meredith Dairy offers "Farm to Fork" traceability and the knowledge that the cheese is produced on the farm practicing sustainable agricultural methods using renewable energy and carbon sequestration.
