Schellen Bell is a raw milk, cave aged, Alpine style cheese that is imported from Switzerland and aged a minimum of 10 months. It has a brownish natural rind and semi-firm paste with a complex flavor profile. This cheese is best served at room temperature and with savory and sweet pairings such as charcuterie and fresh fruit and jams. Like many Alpine cheeses, Schellen Bell is perfect for melting and has rich flavor notes of brown butter, roasted nuts, and broth. View Item Spec Sheet

Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
