Creamy Dill Rubbed Fontal cheese is a semi-soft cheese made through the natural fermentation of cow’s milk. The cheese is aged for approximately 60 days to develop the characteristic flavor. The cheese is made with milk that is certified as coming from cows that have not been treated with rBGH (recombinant bovine growth hormone). Each wheel weighs approximately 5 LB (Range 4.75 - 5.25 LB.) and is packed in an oxygen and moisture barrier film to protect quality. View Item Spec Sheet

Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
