Sunflower Honey is a honey with a beautiful intense yellow color and a gentle taste and is popular in both sweet and savory baking. It is a bright and you could say sunny honey with a complex flavor profile that is not aggressive. You will experience floral and butterscotch aromas in a dense texture. Sunflower honey contains little sucrose and therefore may crystallize quicker than other honeys. Crystallized honey is still perfectly edible and enjoyable. Place the jar in a pot of hot water and keep an eye on it until the crystals dissolve. Pair this raw honey with a Pecorino, or Taleggio or use it over roasted vegetables. Note: Children under the age of one year should not consume raw honey.

- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday

Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
