The earthy and rich aromas of rye are plentiful in this delicious loaf. The Oval Rye has a porous interior and a golden brown, elastic crust. Delicious when eaten plain and complimented when used as sandwich bread.
Storage Instructions: Case items contain plastic bag packages. Keep FROZEN at -15 to -5 degrees Fahrenheit for up to 365 days. Thawed product should be kept at room temperature.

Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
