Farmer Cheese from the Swedish Company Scandic is a regular on the Swedish breakfast table. This cheese is called 'hushållsost' or Riksost, which means 'household' or farm cheese. Farmer Cheese is a semi-soft, mild Swiss-type cheese and that would be. The cheese is used in sandwiches, and because it melts well it is also used in pizzas, or other dishes; an all around cheese.

- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
