This Spanish cheese has a soft and creamy texture that is delicately punctuated by the aroma and flavor of rosemary. It would made this cheese a great compliment to a cheese board, served on crusty country bread. It is aged for about 8 week. Enjoy with your favorite red wine.

Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
