Yangs 5th Taste’s Mandarin Orange Chicken JR is minimally processed, free of artificial ingredients, fully cooked and frozen. It is a restaurant quality entrée designed to be easily prepared and enjoyed by people of all ages.
• Packaged as 6-5 lb. bags of chicken and 6-36 oz. bags of sauce
• Each case contains approximately 192 frozen/pre-heated servings
• Lightly breaded and produced in random, bite-sized pieces
• Serving size is 3.60 oz. (2.5 oz. chicken and 1.10 oz. sauce)
• Made from fully cooked, whole muscle boneless leg and thigh meat
• Contains none of the following: isolated soy protein, trans fat, lard, MSG, additives, artificial flavors or colors
• Chicken: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place single layer of chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes until crisp and golden brown and to an internal temperature of 165°F
• Sauce: Heat unopened sauce packets in steamer or simmering hot water for 5 to 7 minutes
• Just prior to serving, open sauce packets and combine with chicken, mixing thoroughly to cover all chicken pieces
• The product must remain at a minimum temperature of -10°F and a maximum temperature of 0°F
• Shelf life is 365 days frozen
• Keep frozen until ready to use
• Product case is labeled with a Julian Code (production code)
• Case dimensions are 23.00” L x 15.00” W x 8.50” H

• Orange Chicken Salad: top lettuce with Yangs Mandarin Orange Chicken, shredded carrots and cabbage, mandarin orange wedges, diced green onions, and drizzle with ginger sesame dressing
• Orange Chicken Wrap: fill a large tortilla with shredded lettuce, cabbage, carrots, diced green onions and Yangs Mandarin Orange Chicken, a drizzle with ginger sesame dressing, then roll up the tortilla and serve

Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
