Serving Suggestion: Replace shell eggs with this frozen whole eggs with citric acid wherever shell eggs are used.
Preparation Instructions: Thaw this product in refrigerator for 2- 3 days. Shake product before cooking. Apply cooking spray to pre-heated pan. Pour in desired amount of Whole eggs with citric acid. Gently stir egg until edges start to set. Stir occasionally while cooking.
