Serving & preparation

Serving Suggestion: Deep-fry, pan-fry or steaming for appetizers, salad or buffet applications.
Preparation Instructions: Preparation Notes Heating times may vary due to equipment. Deep Fry: Heat oil to 375°F (190°C). Deep fry frozen Potsticker for 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown. Drain and serve. Steaming: Place frozen Potstickers on a lightly oiled strainer or rack. Cover and steam over a pot of boiling water for 8-10minutes. Pan Frying: Heat 2 tsp of cooking oil in a skillet, pan fry frozen Potstickers on one side on low heat until golden brown. Add 1/2 cup of water, bring to boil and slow simmer for 5 minutes or until water evaporates.
