Cabal Sausage Co. was founded in 2006 with the purpose of providing the community with a high quality as well as authentic chorizos reminiscent of those back home. At our facility, we can produce different shapes and size chorizos and sausages, making custom orders easily available. Our artisanal chorizos and sausages use only original recipes, they are not just authentic but delicious. We use only top-quality fresh pork or chicken and natural hog or sheep casings. Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
