Serving & preparation

Serving Suggestion: Steamed or deep-fried, serve as an appetizer platter, entree accompaniment or salad topper.
Preparation Instructions: 1) Deep Frying - Heat oil to 375F (190C). Deep fry frozen Shaomai for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown 2) Steaming - Place frozen Shaomai on a lightly oiled perforated tray or rack. Cover and steam over a pot of boiling water for 8-10 minutes. Serve. 3) Microwave - Place Frozen Shaomai in microwave oven and cook at high power (1000W) for 1 1/2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
