Noble Springs Dairy is a producer of a wide variety of all natural farmstead goat cheeses. Noble Springs Feta Goat Cheese is their version of the traditional Greek cheese. This feta is aged in a brine before being packaged. Giving it a tangy and salty flavor with lemon and earthly undertones. It is a firm cheese making it is great for crumbling. Serve with fresh tomatoes, olives, and onions.

Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
