Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs. 

Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.

To Heat and Serve Whole, Uncut Pie: 1. Preheat conventional oven to 400°F or convection oven to 350°F. 2. Remove frozen pie(s) from carton and overwrap; place pie(s) on sheet pan. 3. Bake. For a hot filling and crisp crust: Conventional: If frozen: about 40-45 minutes. If refrigerated: about 25 minutes. If room temperature: 15 - 20 minutes, Convection: If frozen: Not recommended. If refrigerated: about 20 minutes. If room temperature: about 10 minutes. 4. Remove pie(s) from oven on sheet pan. Never handle hot pie(s) by edges of pie pan(s). Caution! Product may be hot!
