The use of unpasteurized milk along with the natural environment of the limestone caves, create a blue cheese that is rich in creamy flavor with a sharp and piquant bite. This full wheel format is perfect for slicing fresh and offers a beautifully marbled paste and stunning presentation. Statesboro Blue is ideal for salads and dressings but can be enjoyed straight off the wheel with a drizzle of honey, or on top steak with onions and grilled mushrooms. Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
