Steel cut oats are also called Irish or Scottish oats; they are made by cutting the whole oat groat into smaller pieces using a steel mill. It almost looks like a cut brown rice. Steel cut oats need more time to cook than rolled oats; they have a chewy texture and they pretty much keep their shape. Since these cut oats are just the grain, they do not contain any sugar, and are a good source of vegetable protein. Steel cut oats are relatively versatile as they can be used in so many recipes such as breads, pancakes, cookies and meatballs or use them as an alternative to rice and of course for your healthy breakfast.

- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
