Handling Instructions:
Frozen - Product must be transported and stored at 0°F ± 10°F. \Once thawed product should not be refrozen. Frozen Shelf Life is up to 9 months.
Refrigerated - Individual sandwiches can be refrigerated up to 7 days. Sandwiches must be labeled or marked by the operator with a disposal date before placing in refrigerator case. Dispose of product after 7 days.
Room Temperature - To serve directly from freezer, thaw 30-60 minutes. Dispose of product after 10 hours.
Do not microwave.

Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
