The flavor of this olive oil comes from white truffle aroma, obtained from white truffles. White truffles are known as the also known as 'the fruit of the woods'. The special flavor of white truffles add a special finishing touch to many first and main courses. You will only need a few drops to add a rich flavor to your dish, may it be a salad, a pasta, risotto, omelette or mashed potatoes. The white truffle oil will add a touch of refinement.

Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
