Wild caught Yellowfin Tuna from sustainable fisheries in Vietnam. Tunas are quickly processed into steaks, gas flushed to preserve optimal visual appeal, and individually cryovac packaged to create maximum shelf life and insure highest quality and product safety. Steaks are cut to portion sizing to allow customers to have high degree of control over portion costs. Tuna steaks are a great labor, time, and cost saving option for any food service or retail customer. Steaks thaw quickly and will have the bright red color the marketplace is looking for.
Storage Instructions: Keep Frozen 0 degrees. Thaw overnight under refrigeration before using.

- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
