Tunas are quickly processed into steaks, gas flushed to preserve optimal visual appeal, and individually cryovac packaged to create maximum shelf life and insure highest quality and product safety. Steaks are cut to portion sizing to allow customers to have high degree of control over portion costs. Tuna steaks are a great labor, time, and cost saving option for any food service or retail customer. Steaks thaw quickly and will have the bright red color the marketplace is looking for.
