Serving Suggestion: 3 Tbsp (28g)
Preparation Instructions: Easy just add water preparation - place 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 cups cool water in a bowl, then add 1 lb. dry Fish N Chips Batter Mix. Blend with a wire whisk until smooth and free of lumps. Dust food with dry Fish N Chips Batter Mix. Predusting allows for more uniform batter coverage and prevents batter blow-off during frying. Dip predusted food into prepared batter, remove and allow to drain slightly. Place directly into fry oil submerging about 3/4 the way in and wave back and forth for a few seconds. This will begin to form a crust to help prevent the food from sticking to the bottom of the fry basket. Fry until a safe internal temperature is reached. Fry time will vary depending on type and size of foods fried.
