Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is made in Antichi Colli srl factory. This product is made of wine vinegar, concentrated grape must and caramel. This particular quality, called Black Quality, is a product that is more acid than sweet, where the sweet-sour balance is more shifted towards acidity (sour). It is therefore ideal for daily use on salads, vinaigrettes and sauces in general, to give pleasant aromatic notes of vinegar and a minimal sweetness to dishes. View Item Spec Sheet

Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
