Storage Instructions: To enjoy, we recommend Cholula Original Hot Sauce be consumed within six months of opening, and within its shelf life. Cholula sauce can be consumed past 6 months of opening as long as still within its Best By date. However, the product is more exposed to oxygen which accelerates the degradation of color and flavor. We don’t recommend consuming Cholula past its best by date. Shelf life: 600 days.

Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
