Serving Suggestion: - Asian-style Taco - Hand held appetizers - Catering / buffet Suggested fillings: - Roasted pork belly - Grilled chicken with marinated vegetables - Grilled shrimp / scallop - Roasted duck - Vegetarian (crispy tofu, cabbage, carrot, cilantro seasoned with sesame seeds, rice vinegar and sugar.)
Preparation Instructions: 1) Steamer - Steam frozen bun for 5-6 minutes or until soft (preferred method) 2) Fryer - Deep fry at 350F for 1-1.5 minutes. Submerge buns in fryer oil for uniform color. 3) Microwave - Cover 3 frozen buns with damp paper towel, microwave on high for 15-20 seconds. Turn buns over and heat for another 15-20 seconds.
