This small cheese assortment is absolutely the best for small households or just for you and you only. It is a total of 5.3 ounces and consists of 3 different Spanish cheeses. Queso Manchego - the famous Spanish cheese made from sheep milk, that is firm and a has a great flavor. Queso de Cabra - a Spanish goat's milk cheese that is creamy with a buttery sweetness and notes of lemon. Queso Iberico - this interesting cheese is made from a mixture of cow's, sheep's, and goat’s milk. The rind of this cheese looks very much like a Manchego, but the cheese has its own particular flavor. Enjoy it with Spanish accompaniments, such as Quince Paste, Marcona Almonds or a Fig Almond Cake.

Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
