This cheese curler, or Girolle as the Swiss call it, is a tool used to slice super thin curls off the surface of the Tete de Moine cheese. Serving the Tete de Moine in these flower-shaped curls reveals the full flavor of the Tete de Moine. Using the curler makes an impressive presentation for cheese boards and a neat party trick. Keep it on a bar for small bites during happy hour. This Girolle is made by Boska, a leader in professional-grade cheese tools. It has a beechwood base with a vertical rod, upon which a blade is mounted. Simply spike the cheese though the rod and start curling. You can also use this tool for the P'tit Basque or even to make chocolate curls. For best use, remove leftover cheese from the curler before washing and storing dry at room temperature. Not dishwasher safe.

Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
