A traditional Italian product, Mascarpone is less a cheese in the traditional sense and more like a sweet spreadable cream. Produced from only the freshest cream, it's soft, creamy, and has a natural subtle sweetness. It's a wonderful base or topping for dessert, with fruit or nuts, spread over biscuits or toast, or used in sauces. Its most famous application is for making traditional tiramisu.

Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
