Aged in our maturation room, the Mimolette wheels are regularly turned by hand to ensure the perfect development of their flavour. Its strong orange colour is completely natural and comes from the addition of annato to the milk during manufacture. Traditionally consumed in the north of France, now the Mimolette captivates the world with the complexity of its grainy texture and its post taste balanced between salty and fruity notes. Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
