The salami is flavored with freshly ground spices and imported Italian summer black truffles. It is dried slow over several months until it develops a sweet porcine and deep truffle flavor. Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
