Castello Extra Creamy Danish is a higher fat content than the Traditional Danish Blue. This results in a softer texture and a slightly milder taste - a wild blue mold aroma, buttery, with a hint of oiliness. The taste of creamy, juicy and salty, with a sharp blue mold sourness overlaid on the tempered salty butter. - 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
