These celebrated sardines from Galicia are net-caught along the shores of the Rianxo estuaries in northern Spain. They are processed within hours of being harvested. After a rinse in fresh seawater, they are lightly sautéed in extra virgin oil, just enough to hold their shape then they are carefully packed by hand to be preserved in tins. Exceptionally tender and mild in flavor, they are best enjoyed with a crisp white wine or a cold beer and some crusty bread. View Item Spec Sheet

Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
