Made by the award-winning Wijngaard family creamery, this gouda is aged for six months and rubbed with a blend of mustard seed, dill, and a touch of honey and spices. The cheesemakers add the seasoning directly to the cut face of the cheese, creating a flavor filled bite every time. An easy way to add some spice and fun to your next recipe or cheese board.

Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
