This is Point Reyes Farmstead's classic Toma cheese with the addition of black truffle! The aromatic flavors of Italian Black Truffles from Umbria pair very well with the Toma. Reminiscent of fresh strawberries and dried fruit with a hint of cocoa, the earthy flavor marries beautifully with the buttery richness of Toma. Pure decadence. Like the Toma, TomaTruffle is made from pasteurized, a microbial (vegetarian) rennet and it's gluten-free. Pair the TomaTruffle with eggs, for a cheese-truffle omelet, or enjoy on a cheese board while you're sipping a glass of dry sparkling wine.

Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
