A centuries old combination of the finest Italian Parmigiano, romano, fresh mozzarella and whole milk ricotta is encased in a cappelletti or 'little hat' handmade style tortellini. Nuovo began in 1989 with a small imported pasta machine, a wooden rolling pin and a deep passion for pasta. Since then Nuovo has received numerous culinary awards and gained national distinction for its line of specialty pasta. This tortellini is a fresh pasta that needs to be kept refrigerated.

Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
