Nuovo's Classic Italian Beef Ravioli is made with tender braised vegetarian fed beef, that is mixed with a traditional red wine Bolognese concoction. Nuovos delicious and beautiful pastas received awards by the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade and the Award of Excellence by the American Tasting Institute. The people from Nuovo are designed by a family of culinary trained associates who share in a vision to produce a unique selection of premium pasta with innovative flavors, colors, and shapes. The Nuovo journey began in 1989 in a small kitchen with a wooden rolling pin, an imported tabletop pasta machine, and a passion for making authentic pasta products of superior quality. Two servings per package. Once you receive the package, it has an optimal shelf life of 3 weeks or should be frozen within those days.

Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
